Frequently Asked Questions
Downtime on the app is very rare. If your app isn't loading, first check to ensure that you have a strong internet connection. Next, we recommend closing the app and reopening it. If that doesn't work, ensure that you have the latest version of the app downloaded from the App Store. Lastly, you can always delete & re-install the app on your device. If you're still having trouble, please reach out to us via the form below & we will help you troubleshoot!
To avoid missing picks, make sure to turn on Push Notifications and subscribe to our emails for Pick Reminders by toggling On "Allow email reminders" and "Enable push notifications" in the Settings section of your profile. But, we know life can get hectic sometimes, so each Commissioner has a tool to unlock picks for the episode/elimination ceremony in question to allow for late or unsaved picks. The Commissioner should navigate to the episode/elimination, click the dropdown arrow, and click "Open Picks," which will allow for all picks for that specific ceremony/episode to be edited. Just make sure the Commissioner clicks "Close Picks" once complete. Reach out to your Commissioner if you were unable to make picks; but beware, not all Commissioners will allow for picks to be modified after they lock each week. Once picks are opened and closed, scores will be updated at the next score publishing, generally after the following episode.
We wanted to make it difficult to delete an account in case it was accidentally erased, causing the deletion of all account & pick history and many unhappy users. You can delete your league if you are the only member of it. If there is anyone else in your league, you'll be required to assign another member as the sole league Commissioner before deleting your account. You can begin this process by clicking 'Leave league' on the 3 dots menu in the upper right corner of the league. Additionally, you have the ability to assign one/many league Co-Commissioner(s) if you just need help managing the league/members in it. Simply go to the Members page within the league using the 3 dots menu in the upper right, click the 3 dots next to the member you want to promote, and click 'Add Co-Commissioner.' You can remove Co-Commissioner permissions at any point; and don't worry, Co-Commissioners won't be able to add/remove other Co-Commissioners and most importantly won't be able to remove you as sole Commissioner.
Your profile is where you can modify everything about your account. Click the Settings icon in the upper right corner on the Profile tab, or click "Forgot Password" while Signing In. Additionally, you can click here and enter your email address to reset.
